Our Somers/North Salem/Putnam Brokerage is a strategically located, regional office where affiliated agents serve clients across many Hudson Valley counties, and towns in Western Connecticut. In serving a variety of communities, it allows us to assist buyers and sellers with with a variety of real estate needs in many different price points.

We are a multi-lingual office with agents and loan officers who speak a variety of languages including, Spanish, French, Russian, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish and growing!

Our office specializes in buyer and seller representation, relocation, new construction and condominiums including Heritage Hills resales. We are located in Northern Westchester County abutting North Salem and Putnam County.

The Town of Somers is comprised of a number of small villages: Amawalk, Baldwin Place, Granite Springs, Lake Purdys, Lincolndale and Shenorock. Somers' thirty-three square miles of rolling hills and country lanes shelter a population of approximately 18,000. The Heritage Hills condominium community contains 2,600 units and is open to people of all ages.

The Town of North Salem boasts many luxury estates, and spectacular farm and horse properties. North Salem also offers homes located in subdivisions like Green Briar as well as several other pretty neighborhoods.

Putnam County is less than a 3-minute drive north from our office. You will notice that a large part our portfolio of listings and sales includes numerous towns in Putnam County including Carmel, Mahopac, Brewster, Southeast and Patterson.

Due to our close proximity to Danbury, CT, several of our agents also hold a Connecticut real estate license and know the Connecticut real estate market very well.
